Chip was brought in by BARC. He was diagnosed with having severe ocular and nasal discharge and extreme dehydration. His body condition was poor (malnourished), he had abdominal breathing and a developing abscess on his neck. If that wasn't enough for our little Chip, he also had cat flu. Dr. Kevin put Chip under a rigorous regime of IV fluids, abscess and eye cleaning and antibiotics for the first few days. In addition, he was also administered daily eye drops and supplements. The treatment lasted for over 3 weeks & we are happy to report that Chip is now a happy and very active little boy. He is still looking for his fur-ever home and is up for adoption through BARC.
